She works with clients to apply nutrition information to meet their lifestyles, preferences, and goals. Amy follows a predominantly plant-based diet and is an outdoor enthusiast. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, and biking.

Tiffany is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Exercise Physiologist. She has been practicing nutrition for 15 years and is passionate about helping people feel confident in their nutrition choices. She has a strong understanding of the connection between nutrition, exercise, and overall health. Tiffany stays busy as a mom of three boys and can tackle the world as long as she has her morning cup of coffee.

Alejandra is a Registered Dietitian with diverse experience in clinical, corporate, and food service settings. She is dedicated to empowering her patients to move away from strict dieting and focus instead on cultivating a healthy relationship with food and sustainable long-term behavior changes. Using a whole-health approach, Alejandra helps individuals prevent or manage medical conditions while addressing their unique needs. She is also passionate about improving access to care for Spanish-speaking patients, bridging cultural and language gaps in healthcare.

Abby is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist with over 13 years of clinical nutrition experience in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. Her areas of expertise include mindful/intuitive eating, diabetes care and education, and chronic kidney disease nutrition. She believes in the food as medicine concept and provides a personalized approach to eating and enjoying food to promote healthier lives.
