Jeanne is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Prior to joining the Season Health staff, Jeanne managed an outpatient diabetes management center for 16 years, serving patients with gestational diabetes, prediabetes, and Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. The center provided education about behavioral and lifestyle changes combined with effective medication management to help patients reduce their A1c and adopt healthy lifestyle habits. Jeanne has also worked for various weight management programs, seeing both individual clients and teaching group classes. She works with patients who are preparing for bariatric surgery, helping them begin making lifestyle and dietary changes prior to their surgery. Jeanne is well versed on the GLP-1 and GIP medications currently being used to assist patients with weight loss. Jeanne is an enthusiastic cook and loves to experiment with new recipes, with a focus on plant- based meals. Meatless Monday, anyone? Jeanne believes in Season’s philosophy of Food as Medicine. Caylee (they/them) is a dietitian with over 10 years of experience, who specializes in treating autoimmune disease and GI issues. Caylee is committed to empowering their patients to move away from strict dieting, and instead build up a healthy relationship with food that will last a lifetime. Using an approach where all foods fit, Caylee helps patients improve their health while still enjoying all their favorite foods. Blending both compassion and scientific knowledge, Caylee approaches each patient individually and offers support no matter what is going on.
