Meet Eric, a patient who has made great progress in his health. Through Season, he has made small but life-changing habits that are having a positive impact on his health. Read what Eric has to say about his journey.
What’s a noteworthy habit change you’ve made that you’re proud of?
I used to put sugar in my coffee every morning—now I don’t use it at all. I am probably most proud of ditching the sugar in my coffee completely.
What’s your favorite Season recipe to make?
Spicy Garlic Noodles with Chicken & Snap Peas and Shrimp with Succotash and Brown Rice with Avocado. I ordered those meals [through Season] over and over, sometimes I mixed it up and added my own spin on the recipes, but it was so nice to have healthy ingredients available to work with.
What would you tell someone who’s considering signing up for Season?
The support that you get from the program really helps keep you accountable—if you try to do it by yourself it doesn’t work as well. Working with Eliza [my Season dietitian], I was always able to get in touch about any of my questions, and she really kept me focused on my goals.
